Answer to Prayer

Lots of rain.

Lots of whining.

Lots of fear of puddles.

Lots of prayer to avoid them.

Lots more driving.

Enjoying time with friends and family at Botanical Gardens.

More rain.  More laughing.  More fun.

More driving in the rain.  More worry.

Lots of gratitude for getting off the freeway (almost home).

Sudden inspiration to head WEST to the beach instead of East toward HOME.

Undeniable willingness to follow the inspiration knowing my knowledge is limited.

Lots of gratitude.

Few pictures at the beach (in the rain) & laughing.


Driving the scenic route.

Sudden HUGE flooded road.

Urge to stop.

Inspiration to downshift (do not hit brakes) and go slower, but move forward.

Travel through flood with wall of water on each side (literally parting the sea of water).

Comforted.  Thrilled having followed directions.

Lots of prayer.


Lots more driving.

Lots of cheerfulness having survived without fear.

Filled with confidence.  Filled with joy. 

Lots of gratitude having been given opportunity to conquer my fear and put ALL my trust in the Lord!

TONS more rain.  Strength to make it home.

(Nothing worse than that puddle).
